I've spent 9+ years turning creative ambition into real-world results; releasing digital and physical products, producing live events, working directly with clients to bring their vision to life. Managing people, timelines and budgets across diverse teams is where I thrive.
After years running things from behind a screen, I stepped into a hands-on technical role at Dance GmbH to broaden my understanding of operational workflows. Now I'm excited to bring that end-to-end perspective and cross-industry experience to a new field.
In the beginning…
Hi all, I'm Adam, a project and operations professional based in Berlin with more than eight years of experience delivering complex physical and digital products. I spent most of my career in the music business, working across product development, e-commerce, touring and live events. I now enjoy applying that experience to more tangible products, services and operations.
At Karakter Worldwide, I managed 20+ projects from concept to delivery, with budgets ranging from €1k to €150k. I worked with manufacturers and factories, managed lead times and inventory, coordinated worldwide shipping and ran a D2C webshop and wholesale channel for our artist roster.
I also created systems to solve operational problems. For touring teams, I created a centralised live documentation system covering schedules, contacts, payments and production information. It was used across 6+ tours, including two world tours spanning four continents. At SUNANDBASS, I worked on a similar operational database connecting five departments and improving how information flowed between them.
More recently, I moved into a hands-on technical role at Dance GmbH to better understand operations and delivery from the inside. I'm a practical, curious person who enjoys fast-paced environments, learning how things work and taking initiative when something needs doing.

- Coordinated directly with manufacturers and factories in the US and Europe, planning lead times accordingly and reordering stock to keep clients supplied
- Ran D2C e-commerce for my client roster: uploaded products, managed sales and handled accounting, plus ticket and merchandise sales through our own system
- Built and maintained a centralised, live tour documentation system (Drive, Sheets, shared calendar) used on 6+ tours, including 2 world tours across four continents, replacing ad-hoc calls and emails and keeping teams, external crew and venues aligned across 10-40 dates per tour
